Our Mission and Vision
ImpactUs seeks to facilitate community, societal, and environmental impact alongside financial returns by increasing the flow of capital to mission-driven organizations working to create equitable and thriving communities.
- Make the impact investing market accessible to all
- Connect mission-driven organizations to investors through collaboration and shared infrastructure that reduces overhead
- Create best-in-class experiences for impact investors
ImpactUs Marketplace brings this vision to life. The Marketplace is an investment platform that seamlessly connects investors, advisors and mission-driven institutions, providing the advanced infrastructure, connectivity and cost-efficiencies that will allow all stakeholders to share in the promise of impact investing.
- For investors: The Marketplace significantly expands access to quality purpose-driven investments, increasing opportunities for generating financial returns with a purpose. Investors can identify products by a place, an impact area, an investment type, or a risk/ and return profile.
- For the advisory community: The Marketplace’s sophisticated infrastructure and reporting capabilities enable the advisory community to more fully engage in the growth of this important sector.
- For mission-driven institutions: The platform connects institutions with the widest base of potential investors, increasing access to the capital that funds their important missions.
ImpactUs was born from a community-led initiative of leading foundations, universities, community funds and financial institutions working together to grow the impact investment market. Sparked by this ingenuity and collaborative spirit, ImpactUs was launched by Enterprise Community Partners, a national affordable housing non-profit specializing in capital aggregation, and City First Enterprises, a community development financial institution focused on crowdfunding's potential to transform low-income communities.
ImpactUs Marketplace leverages over 80 years of combined finance, community development and leadership experience to create a secure interface that both purpose-driven institutions and investors can trust.
ImpactUs Marketplace has the support and trust of some of the country’s leading impact investing institutions.
ImpactUs leadership team reflects an authentic commitment to impact investing and a strong cross-section of both for-profit and non-profit financial services experience.
